EConPlan 

EConPlan is an environmental consultancy with expertise in park planning, conservation, environmental management and strategic planning for sustainable outcomes. We work collaboratively with the client to realise opportunities and provide practical and sustainable solutions to meet their goals. The company primarily focuses on assisting all levels of government with green infrastructure and estate management that involves conserving or enhancing areas with natural and cultural heritage and recreation values. EConPlan provides advice on land use planning, urban canopy and biodiversity strategies, environmental impact assessment and land capability analysis, plans of management, bush regeneration, environmental management plans, strategic planning, bush regeneration, heritage, and stakeholder and community engagement. We also provide advice on edible native plants suitable for roof top gardens and parks as well as for retail purposes to promote sustainable and resilient food sources and cultural appreciation.

Belle Landscape Design 

Belle Landscape Design is a Sydney-based studio creating elegant, biodiverse, and climate-responsive gardens. Founded by Isabelle Connolly in 2026, the studio combines decades of experience in bushland management, environmental planning, heritage landscapes, and urban greening. Isabelle has worked with organisations including Mount Annan Botanic Gardens, local councils, NSW Government Architect, National Parks & Wildlife Service, Department of Planning, private developers and The Palms Terry Hills.

Currently completing a Graduate Diploma in Landscape Design, Isabelle brings together technical expertise and artistic vision to design gardens that connect with the broader landscape, support habitat creation, and enhance beauty, function, and sustainability.

Belle Landscape Design specialises in coastal and Mediterranean planting, native and edible gardens, sensory gardens, and landscaping in fire prone areas. She is keen to incorporate bespoke artisanal elements including stonework, carpentry, sculpture, lighting, and habitat features in designs.

Belle Landscape Design acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of Country and respects the enduring connection of First Nations peoples to land, waters, and sky.
